India and Kyoto are culturally related to each other and are trying to strengthen their relations for future exchanges. To take this forward, the India Matsuri KYOTO Executive Committee is going to hold the first “India Matsuri KYOTO 2022”. India Mela 2012

India Mela 2010 in Kobe
With the support of Indian Consulate (Osaka), ICCJ organized its first India Mela, a festival projecting Indian dances, food, and culture at Meriken Park, Kobe in November 2010. This event which was coordinated by Indian Social Society and India Club, the two Indian institutions in Kobe, had an attendance of around 50,000 people.
